No, this is not an insurance plan. This plan provides you with discounted prices on a wide range of health care services and products. You will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

Can I use the Direct2Wellness Plan when I max out on my insurance benefits or if a procedure is not covered through my insurance?
Yes, the Direct2Wellness Plan is a valuable way to help fill benefit gaps, providing additional savings after you've reached your annual maximum with your dental insurance plan. Once you exceed your maximum insurance benefits for the year, you can switch from your dental insurance to the Direct2Wellness Plan.

How soon can I start using the plan?
You can start using the plan right away. Simply choose the effective date for the current month you are in when joining.

Can the Direct2Wellness Plan be combined with other in-house promotions?
No, the Direct2Wellness Plan cannot be combined with any discounts, including in-house promotions and deals.

Does the Direct2Wellness Plan renew automatically?
Yes, it will renew annually on the 1st of the effective month. You will receive a notice in the mail to remind you of the automatic renewal.

How do I upgrade my plan level to add family members?
Please call Member Services at 888-70-WELLNESS (93556) . You can continue using the member ID card you received in the mail.

How do I get an additional member ID card?

How to Register
Register online or call (855) 335-2255 to create and register your account. Fill out your medical history. Any dependents over 18 will have their own medical profile and be required to fill out their own medical history. Your medical history is required before you can consult with a doctor.

Request a video or telephonic consult either ONLINE, over the PHONE or through our DialCare mobile app.

When should I use DialCare® Physician Access?
While DialCare Physician Access can be used for a myriad of non-emergency ailments such as allergies, cold and flu, pink eye and urinary tract infections, it is not to be used for emergency situations. Should an emergency situation arise, call 911.

How much do phone and video consultations cost?
A consult fee of $65.00 applies to all consults.

Can I use DialCare Physician Access while I'm on the go?
Absolutely! Since traveling can wreak havoc on your immune system, DialCare Physician Access is available while you're traveling within the United States.

Are prescriptions guaranteed?
No, prescriptions are not guaranteed. While DialCare doctors can write prescriptions and send them to the pharmacy of your choice, prescriptions are written at the discretion of your doctor. Also, keep in mind that doctors do not write prescriptions for DEA-controlled substances or other classes of medication such as mood-altering drugs, including antidepressants, antianxiety or lifestyle medications.

How does DialCare® Mental Wellness work?
Members can schedule appointments with licensed and trained mental health professionals via phone or video chat to get the help they need between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week.

How do I access DialCare Mental Wellness?
After you sign up and complete your registration and account setup, you can schedule phone and video consults online at DialCare.com or using the DialCare mobile app. Mental Health professionals are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

How do I make an appointment?
Members can use DialCare Mental Wellness from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m seven days a week. Members may either call us at (844) 249-4094 for our team to schedule an appointment for them, or members can schedule an appointment via the app or website. Each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes.

What conditions can DialCare Mental Wellness help with?
Our licensed mental health professionals are trained to aid in depression, stress, eating disorders, addiction, relationship problems, anxiety, grief and more.

Can DialCare Mental Wellness help with emergency crisis situations?
If you are in a crisis situation, please call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255 for help.
If a member calls DialCare Mental Wellness during a crisis situation, we will stay on the line and transfer the member to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline for further help.
